Nidhi Arora joined Fernweh Group as Vice President in January 2022. She is the lead content developer and curator for Fernweh Hub. Fernweh Hub is Fernweh’s platform to share perspectives and insights on topics related to industrial and industrial technology sector.

Prior to Fernweh, Nidhi Arora was Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company where she worked for 7 years as part of 3 different offices – Seattle, Chicago, and Bangalore. At Seattle and Chicago, she was a core member of McKinsey’s industrial and industrial technology practice in North America and led various engagements on end-to-end margin transformation and growth strategy for such clients. She is the co-author of McKinsey publications – Value Creation in Industrials and McKinsey on Building Construction and Technology. She was also responsible for organizing the flagship Industrials sector event for sub-5Bn dollar companies.

Nidhi holds a Master of Business Administration from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad and a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
