Mark Feist joined Fernweh Group as Director in February 2022. Prior to joining Fernweh Group, Mark was at ILLINOIS TOOL WORKS (NYSE: ITW) for 20 years, most recently as a Vice President & General Manager with full P&L responsibility of their Graphics Division, a global heat transfer label manufacturer serving the transportation, sport apparel, personal care, and appliance markets.

Mr. Feist’s prior role at ITW was as General Manager of the ITW Wind Group, a global manufacturing business servicing key wind turbine/blade OEMS and major offshore wind installation projects. Prior to ITW Wind, Mr. Feist was General Manager of ITW Atlantic Mills, and industrial food cleaning products manufacturer. Mr. Feist has extensive 80/20 operations acumen and a strong commercial, product management and marketing background.

Mr. Feist holds a BS in Business Economics from Providence College and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute’s Lally School of Management.
